It is always so interesting when a new horse is added to an already existing herd! Here on the left are two mares, Kate and Sadie. On your right is a newly adopted "off the race track" six year old gelding named Keegan! He is a beauty with a brown muzzle. I will need to get more photo's of him soon. He is a bit under weight, but the new owner is getting him back into shape. The girls are pretty intrigued with this guy's arrival.

This little guy with the huge heart and brains to match is named "Thomas." Tommy for short. He rules my friend Julie's world when she lets him. He also rules all friends of her and students. He is the the first one to greet you when you arrive to her/their farm. He will also be the first one to check out every lap when a person is seated in a group during one of her workshops. Just look at his eyes. I can't get past his eyes.... Love him! Hope you do too! Here are two beautiful golden labrador retrievers! On the left is Brie, and on the right is her new beau Hank! I just want to hug and love them to pieces! Very sweet loving dogs that belong to my neighbor and friend. Love the beautiful pink contrast of the flowers in the back. Their black button noses, ONE pink tongue, etc., etc... Talk about devotion to their owner! :)
Last evening was the Educated Equestrian Christmas party at Julie Robins' farm Dragon fly! It was an absolutely fantastic time with friends. Way too many delicious things to devour, an "ugly ornament" contest, and the gift exchange that turned into a laughing OUT LOUD time. Click on the photo below to be taken to a "PICASA" website for the gallery. This is not in my gallery, but just Picasa. Hope you enjoy, and if you weren't there, "WHERE WERE YOU? WE MISSED YOU!!"
:) Here is DAY THREE of the Immersion workshop with Julie Robins and Kendra DeKay. Remember, if you can't get to the album from clicking below, you can always look at the Portfolio Gallery and Purchasing tab above to see all galleries. Enjoy! I had a fantastic time getting to know the horses in this workshop and their owners. Tomorrow (Saturday) will be the final shoot! Graduation! Oh YEA!
Just call me "Nugget!" Here is a beautiful guy, and his owner is one lucky gal! Just look at his beautiful head, eyes, nose, ears! Isn't he a beaut! I AM BLESSED, because he is "MY GUY!"
